Hello there! My name is Lily and I am a sixty-year-old transgendered person. I have been living my true self for the past 10 years now and I couldn't be happier. Growing up, I always knew that something was different about me but it wasn't until my thirties that I finally discovered what it was - I am a woman trapped in a man's body.
It took me a long time to come to terms with my identity and to gather the courage to transition fully. But now that I have, I feel more alive and content than ever before. I am grateful for every day that I get to be myself and to live my truth.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town where being different was not tolerated. I was constantly bullied and harassed for being different and it took a toll on me. But despite the difficulties, I always held onto hope that one day things would get better. And they did - once I found the courage to be myself.
Overall, my story is one of resilience and perseverance. It's a story of finding strength within yourself and of never giving up on your dreams, no matter how hard life gets.
