Hello! My name is Gwen, and I'm a thirty-year-old woman who has always been interested in science and technology. I grew up in a small town where there wasn't much access to these fields, so I had to work extra hard to get into the industry. After years of studying and working in various tech companies, I finally landed my dream job as a software engineer at one of the biggest tech firms in the world!
I love everything about technology - from the way it shapes our daily lives to how it can change entire industries. And while there are certainly challenges that come along with working in this field, such as long hours and high pressure environments, I find it incredibly rewarding to be able to create something new and innovative every day.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking and exploring the great outdoors. I'm also a huge fan of sci-fi movies and books - anything that takes me to faraway worlds and imagines what our future could look like.
Overall, I feel incredibly lucky to be living in such an exciting time where technology is rapidly advancing and changing the way we live our lives. And as a software engineer, I'm proud to play a role in that evolution.
