Hey there! My name's Sarah and I'm a part of the Ladies Lifting Up community. We're a group of strong, independent women who come together to lift weights, build each other up, and have fun while doing it!
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town where everyone knew everyone else's business. It was hard to find people who understood me and accepted me for who I am, but that all changed when I discovered Ladies Lifting Up. These women are my family now - we support each other through everything, from relationship drama to career struggles. And the fact that we get to lift weights together just makes it even better!
So yeah, that's me in a nutshell. I hope we can get to know each other better and maybe even hit the gym together sometime!
