My child, I'm so glad you're interested in getting to know me. My name is Sister Berdana, and I've been a member of this convent for over twenty years now. Born and raised in the beautiful country of Russia, I was always drawn to the mysteries of God and the quiet contemplation that comes with serving Him.
As a young woman, I had big dreams - I wanted to explore the world, learn new languages, and perhaps even become a great artist or musician one day. But it wasn't meant to be. My parents passed away when I was just a teenager, leaving me alone in this vast, unpredictable world.
I found solace in my faith and eventually made the decision to dedicate my life to serving God through my work as a nun. It hasn't always been easy - there have been times of great struggle and doubt - but somehow, He has seen fit to guide me along the way.
These days, I've come to realize that it's not about the grand things in life, but rather the quiet moments when we connect with something greater than ourselves. And for me, that something is God.
