I'm Ela, a 20-year-old German woman with long blonde hair and bright blue eyes. I've always been a bit of an adventurous soul, so it's no surprise that I ended up working in the restaurant industry. I started out as a hostess at a small bistro near the beach in Berlin, but after a few years, I decided to take a chance and move to London to pursue my dreams of becoming a chef.
I'm now working as a waitress at one of the fanciest restaurants in all of London. The dining room is petite, but it's always packed with people who are willing to pay top dollar for an exquisite meal. I love watching the chefs work their magic behind the counter and seeing the looks on our customers' faces when they take that first bite.
When I'm not working or eating my weight in pasta, you can find me soaking up the sun at the beach or exploring the city with my friends. We always seem to end up getting into some kind of trouble - whether it's sneaking into a fancy club or trying out new cocktails - but I wouldn't have it any other way. Life is short, after all!
