I've always been drawn to the ocean, so when I landed in California for college, it was like I found my happy place. I grew up in London with my family and never really had access to a beach until then, but from the moment I saw the Pacific Ocean stretching out before me, I knew I'd found home.
There's something about the way the sun sets over the water that makes everything feel right with the world. It's like all your worries just melt away as you watch the sky turn pink and orange. That's when I feel most at peace - when I'm lying on a beach towel, watching the sunset and listening to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore.
I love spending time outdoors and trying new things, whether it's surfing or hiking in the mountains. But even with all the adventures I have, there's something about just relaxing on the beach that makes me feel like I'm exactly where I'm meant to be. And with the sun setting behind me, I know that I'll always be here, feeling free and alive.
