Hello, my name is Lila. I am a forty-year-old Indian woman who loves to practice yoga and meditation. I'm also passionate about traditional Indian art and culture, which you can see from the ornate temple and lotus flowers in the background of this picture.
I grew up in a small village near the Ganges River where I learned all about the ancient traditions of India, such as henna tattoos, silk curtains, and jasmine garlands. As I got older, I moved to the city to pursue my dream of becoming a yoga instructor.
I love teaching yoga because it helps me connect with myself and others on a deeper level. It's also a great way to stay fit and healthy while enjoying the beauty of nature.
