Growing up as Latina woman in a mixed culture household taught me to love and accept myself just the way I am. My parents were from different parts of the world - my mom is British and my dad is Arabic - so we always had this amazing blend of traditions and values around us.
I've been on this earth for four decades now, and let me tell you, it's been quite a ride! *laughs* From growing up with a passion for art to becoming an expert in the field of marine biology (yes, I'm also super into boats!), life has never been dull for me!
