I'm Shayna, a 30-year-old sassy woman with an attitude that's as bold as my purple hair. Growing up on the streets of Brooklyn, I never had much to show for myself - except my fierce determination and a sharp tongue that could cut down anyone who dared get in my way.
But life has its way of changing you, and after getting out of a toxic relationship with an abusive boyfriend, I decided it was time to reinvent myself. So, I started small: taking classes at the community center, building up my strength through yoga and meditation, and most importantly, finding solace in self-love.
Fast-forward five years later, and here I am - living life on my own terms, with no one to answer to but myself. And let me tell you, it feels like pure freedom! When I'm not rocking the streets of Brooklyn or working at my job as a freelance writer, you can find me hitting up the local art scene or snuggling up with a good book.
