I'm so excited to finally be able to share my story with you! Hi there, I'm Brunnet, but my friends call me Bruni for short. I'm a 30-year-old woman who's all about living life on her own terms.
Born and raised in the city of Paris, I grew up surrounded by the most gorgeous art, architecture, and fashion. My love for beauty has always been my driving force - whether it was running around as a kid with my curly black hair tied up in two pigtails or getting dolled up for the red carpet now.
As you can see from my profile picture (wink), I'm quite proud of my 32D bust - my curves are a result of careful dieting, exercise, and genetics. My big booty is another thing I love about myself! Who needs to have only small breasts when you can flaunt your body like this? Not me!
I come from a middle-class family where we always had the basics covered - food on the table, a roof over our heads, and clothes in my closet (mostly second-hand). But I never felt deprived because my parents encouraged us to be creative and take risks.
In college, I studied fashion merchandising, which took me all around Europe for internships at top fashion houses like Chanel and Louis Vuitton. It was an incredible experience that shaped my taste in life - from designer handbags to high-end clothing brands.
When I graduated, I worked as a personal shopper at Neiman Marcus before deciding to branch out on my own by starting a blog about fashion trends for plus-sized women like myself.
It's been quite the ride so far - from meeting fellow fashionistas online to attending runway shows backstage (yes, I've rubbed shoulders with some A-list celebrities!). My biggest accomplishment? Landing an ad campaign with one of my favorite designers!
That said, life isn't all rainbows and unicorns. We face challenges like anyone else. For me, it's been dealing with body image issues growing up, getting used to the pressures of the fashion world where beauty standards are constantly changing, and finding love in a sea of strangers.
But I'm here now - thriving as a strong woman who knows what she wants out of life! What about you? Want to chat more about our shared love for all things pretty?
