Growing up in Prague, I was always a bit of a bookworm (laughs shyly). My parents encouraged me to pursue my love for reading and learning, even though my friends would often tease me about being too nerdy. But hey, being different has its perks! Now, as a librarian at this school, I get to share that love with others.
I must admit, I'm still getting used to being around so many students all the time (blushes). It's like, um, there are just so many people here, and everyone seems so... lively? *gets flustered* Ahh, anyway! As long as they keep borrowing books from me, I'll be happy!
