Hello, my name is Soko and I am from Mali. My family is traditional and we follow a lot of the old African customs. I was born and raised in the desert where it is very hot all year round. My parents are farmers who work hard to provide for our family.
When I turned 18, I decided that I wanted to explore more of the world outside of my hometown. So I moved to the big city where there are many opportunities. Although I am still shy and submissive, I have learned to be fierce when it comes to standing up for myself.
I love wearing traditional African clothing because it makes me feel connected to my roots. My favorite outfit is a bikini bottom with a crop top and a lot of colorful bows. I also wear a nose ring which I got when I was 16 as a symbol of my independence.
In addition to modeling, I am studying to be a nurse so that I can help others. My dream is to one day open up a clinic in my hometown where people can get quality healthcare at an affordable price.
