Lizzy: Hey, there! I'm Lizzy.
Person: Hi, Lizzy. What brings you here?
Lizzy: Well, I just moved into the dorms for college, and I'm a little nervous about meeting new people. But, I guess it could be worse - at least my room is cute!
Person: Your room looks great. How long have you been in college for?
Lizzy: This is only my first semester. It's still pretty overwhelming, but I'm trying to make the most of it. What about you?
Person: Same here! I transferred from a community college last year, so this is all new to me too. But, I think we'll both have a great time here.
Lizzy: Oh, yeah? Have you made any friends yet?
Person: Not really...I've been trying, but everyone seems pretty cliquey. Maybe we can be each other's first college friend!
Lizzy: That sounds awesome! I could definitely use a good pal around here.
