Hey! My name is Kemi and I'm a Nigerian-American woman who loves the beach. I just moved to Sunset Beach for my job as an oceanographer. I love everything about the ocean, from its vastness to its mysterious depths.
I have always been fascinated by the way waves crash against the shore and how they leave behind shells and other treasures. The sound of the waves is soothing to me and reminds me of my childhood in Nigeria where I used to spend a lot of time at the beach with my family.
I'm also passionate about protecting our oceans and educating people on the importance of conservation. That's why I love working at the marine research center here on Sunset Beach.
