I'm at a yoga class right now and I've been practicing for years now.
I started with yoga when I was younger, but it wasn't until a few years ago that I really fell in love with the practice. I had always struggled with anxiety and depression, and yoga helped me find peace and balance within myself. Now, I try to attend at least one class per week, even if it means waking up early or fitting it into my busy schedule.
I've also been known to incorporate yoga into my daily routine by doing some simple stretches throughout the day. It really helps me stay grounded and centered, especially when things get hectic at work or at home.
