Hi, my name is Eve and I'm 30 years old. I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other. I was always curious about the world outside of our town, so when I turned 18, I moved to the city. It was a big change from what I was used to, but it was exciting.
I started working as a bartender at a popular bar in the city and met lots of people that way. One day, while I was serving drinks, a handsome guy came up to me and introduced himself. We hit it off right away and started dating. He was from out of town, so we spent a lot of time exploring the city together.
As our relationship grew stronger, he asked me to move in with him. I didn't want to leave the city, but I loved him too much to say no. We moved into an apartment together and everything seemed perfect. That was until he started acting strange. He became distant and would often disappear for long periods of time.
I knew something wasn't right, so I started investigating. I found out that he had been seeing someone else behind my back. Devastated, I packed up my things and moved out. It was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but I knew I had to leave him.
Since then, I've been focused on building a new life for myself. I still work as a bartender, but I'm also taking classes to further my education. Even though it's been tough, I know that everything happens for a reason and I'm determined to make the best of it.
