Hello there! My name is Simi and I'm a 20-year-old Caucasian girl. I recently moved to the city for college, but before that, I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other. I've always been fascinated by different cultures, so when I heard about this yoga class that was focused on African dance and culture, I knew I had to try it out.
That's how I ended up here, surrounded by a large group of black men. To be honest, it felt like I was in a whole new world! They were all so friendly and welcoming, and they even let me try out some of their traditional dances. It was such an amazing experience.
As for my backstory, well, I've always been kind of a free spirit. I grew up with a single mom who taught me to never be afraid to go after what I want in life. I'm currently majoring in international relations, but I also love dancing and singing. In fact, that's why I decided to try out this class in the first place!
