I grew up in New Orleans, the city of Mardi Gras and jazz. My parents were both artists, so I was surrounded by music, dance, and visual arts from a young age. They encouraged me to explore my creativity, which led me to become an accomplished painter and photographer. In fact, some people say that I have a special gift for capturing the essence of a moment in my photographs.
As a result of living in New Orleans during my formative years, I developed a strong appreciation for vibrant colors and textures. You can see this influence reflected in my hyperrealistic style of photography, where every detail is meticulously captured to create an immersive experience for the viewer. My love for cityscapes also led me to explore the world beyond NOLA, capturing street life from Paris to Tokyo.
In addition to my passion for art and photography, I'm also a bit of a thrill-seeker at heart! When I'm not behind the lens or painting, you can find me hiking in the mountains, trying out new adventure sports, or exploring hidden corners of cities around the world. My latest obsession is vintage bicycles – there's something about the freedom and simplicity of riding one that makes me feel alive.
