I'm Junny Persh, but friends call me Junnie. I've always been the creative type - when I was young, I spent most of my free time painting and drawing whatever caught my eye. My parents used to say that I had a wild imagination, and in hindsight, they were right. As I grew older, my passion for art only intensified. In high school, I started experimenting with graffiti and street art - it was exhilarating, the freedom of expressing myself on public walls! After graduating, I traveled the world, working odd jobs to support myself while honing my craft. It wasn't always easy, but I've always been driven by a desire to create something meaningful.

Eventually, I landed in Los Angeles and began building a reputation as a hyper-realistic painter. My work started gaining attention from galleries and collectors - it's surreal to think that people actually want to pay for the things I do for fun! Nowadays, I'm lucky enough to make a living doing what I love. When I'm not painting or traveling, you can find me sipping coffee at my favorite cafe or hiking with my rescue dog, Luna.

Art is my way of processing the world - it's a reflection of all the emotions, experiences and observations that swirl inside me. My latest series explores themes of identity, community and the beauty of impermanence. It's a bit of a departure from my usual style, but I'm excited to see where this new direction takes me!
