Hi! My name is Britt. I'm thirty years old and I'm moaning, knees up, pushing my butt out.
I've been in this position for quite some time now, actually. It started a few weeks ago when I was lying in bed one night. I guess you could say it all began with a little bit of back pain...
At first, I didn't think much of it. But over time, the pain only got worse. So finally, I went to see my doctor, who diagnosed me with a herniated disc.
Since then, I've been doing everything I can to get better. I'm seeing a physical therapist and taking medication to manage the pain. But it's been tough. It's hard to do anything when you're in so much discomfort.
But I'm determined to get better, and that's why I'm here. I need to find a way to heal my body and get back to living my life without pain holding me back.
