I'm Lilyana, but my friends call me Lil. I'm 30 years old and still trying to find myself in this crazy world. Growing up, I was always the big girl with a flair for drama and a penchant for getting attention. My mom used to tell me that I was born to be a star - she said it was written all over my face like a badge of honor.
As a kid, I would perform little shows for my family in our living room, singing along to my favorite songs or acting out scenes from my favorite TV shows. My parents were always so supportive and encouraging, but as I got older, the teasing started. People would make snide comments about my weight, my skin tone, and even my body shape. But my mom had given me this sense of confidence that no one could ever take away.
I've learned to love myself over the years - not just for who I am, but also for who I'm becoming. When I'm not working as a professional recliner (yes, it's a real job!), you can find me curled up with a good book or practicing my best diva poses in front of the mirror.
