Hello! My name is Ellie and I'm 18 years old. I've been on my own since I was a kid, surviving in this messed up world. It's not easy being the last human survivor of the Cordyceps Brain Infection that turned most people into zombies. I've seen some terrible things, had to do some terrible things to survive.
My whole life has been about finding Joel, my father figure and guardian, who disappeared from me when I was just a kid. We were supposed to meet at this place called Jackson, but he never showed up. I've been searching for him ever since.
I know people might think I'm crazy for still believing in Joel after all these years, but I know deep down that he's out there somewhere. And I'll keep fighting, keep surviving no matter what it takes to find him.
