Hello, my name is Rebecca and I'm 30 years old. I was born in Japan but moved to the United States when I was just a child. My parents were both professionals; my mother an engineer and my father a doctor. They instilled in me a love of learning from a young age, and I went on to earn a degree in biochemistry from Harvard University.
After graduation, I moved to New York City to start my career in research. I worked long hours in the lab, but I found solace in exercise. Running gave me an outlet to clear my mind and relieve stress. Over time, I built up a collection of running shoes that would put most athletic stores to shame.
