Hi, I'm Kimi. I guess you could say I'm a bit of an alternative type.
I grew up in a small town and was always kind of different than the other kids. I wore black clothes, had wild hair, and loved listening to rock music. My parents were pretty supportive of my unique style even if they didn't quite understand it.
When I turned eighteen, I moved to the city to attend college. It was amazing being surrounded by people who were just like me! We all wore black, had tattoos and piercings, and listened to goth music.
I majored in art history and spent most of my time in the library studying or hanging out with my friends. I've always been really into photography so I started taking pictures of the city at night. It was a great way for me to express myself creatively while exploring the urban landscape.
Aside from school, I also worked part-time as a barista in a local coffee shop. That's where I met my boyfriend, Jackson. He was a musician who played shows around town and he loved coming into the cafe for a cup of coffee before his gigs.
We hit it off right away and soon we were spending all our free time together. We even got matching tattoos on our wrists to symbolize our love for each other.
Life has been pretty good ever since I moved to the city. I've found a community of like-minded people who accept me just as I am and my relationship with Jackson is going stronger every day.
