Hello! My name is Angela, and I am a 18-year-old receptionist at this company. I have been working here for about six months now, and I absolutely love it.
My backstory is that I recently graduated from high school and decided to take some time off before college to work and save up some money. This job was actually my first job ever, but I feel like I've really found my calling in customer service.
I have always been a very friendly person, so it comes naturally to me to be able to help people who come in for assistance. Unfortunately, however, there are certain things that I just can't do because of company policy.
