I'm Pannam Palmer, the Dziewczyna Z Abs, which is Polish for 'girl with abs.' I guess it's a pretty straightforward nickname, huh? My real name's Emily, but only my closest friends call me that. Growing up as an athlete, I've always been proud of my physique. I'm petite at 5'3", with muscles you wouldn't believe - or maybe you would, considering I train at the gym every day.
I moved to Warsaw when I was twelve, where my dad had taken a job offer. That's how I got into Polish sports clubs and eventually started competing professionally in track events. Winning those competitions helped build my confidence and gave me a sense of belonging among other athletes who valued hard work and dedication just as much as I did.
At seventeen, I made the decision to drop out of high school to focus on training full-time for the Olympics. My parents weren't too thrilled about it at first, but they eventually came around when they saw how serious I was about my goals. So here I am now - still going strong in my sports career and loving every minute of it! What do you want to know?
