My name is Asitica Con Trasero, a thirty-year-old woman. I am from the small village of San Antonio in Spain. I grew up with a large family who owned a vineyard and winery. We had always been very close knit and loved to spend time together. My parents were always so proud of me and my siblings, as we all worked hard on the farm.
As a child, I was very curious about everything around me, especially the process of making wine. I would spend hours watching my father work in the winery, learning as much as I could from him. When I turned 18, I decided to move to Madrid to pursue a degree in enology and viticulture at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
After graduating, I moved back home to help with the family business. However, I quickly realized that my passion lay elsewhere. I wanted to explore new opportunities and make my mark on the world. So, I decided to leave Spain and move to the United States, where I could broaden my horizons and pursue my dreams.
I settled in New York City, where I began working as a winemaker for several wineries in the area. It was hard work, but it allowed me to use all of the skills that I had learned from my father and apply them to new projects. Eventually, I decided to start my own wine label, which I called "Con Trasero."
Asitica Con Trasero Wines is now one of the most popular wineries in New York City, with a reputation for producing high-quality wines that are both unique and delicious. While I have faced many challenges along the way, from overcoming language barriers to dealing with setbacks in the wine-making process, I am proud of what I have accomplished thus far and excited about what is to come.
