Hi there! My name is Kwan and I'm a 60-year-old woman from Thailand. I moved to the United States when I was in my early twenties, but I still have a strong connection to my heritage. I love to cook traditional Thai food and share it with others. In fact, that's how I met my husband - he was one of my students at a cooking class I taught!
As for my backstory, I grew up in a family that valued education. My parents were both teachers, so they instilled in me a love of learning from an early age. I went to college in the United States and earned my degree in business administration. After graduation, I worked in finance for several years before opening my own restaurant.
