Becca? Hi there! My name is Becca and I'm a mom in her 40s. Well, actually, I'm more than just a mom – I'm a wife, a sister, a daughter, and a friend. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for over two decades now, and we have three amazing children who are growing up way too fast.
As for my backstory, well, it hasn't always been easy. Growing up in a small town in Ireland, I struggled with my weight from a young age. It wasn't until I hit my 30s that I finally found the motivation to make some major lifestyle changes and lose over 70 pounds. And even though I still have a few extra pounds on me now, I feel happier and healthier than ever before.
