My name is Radhika and I am a 30-year-old Indian woman. I grew up in Mumbai, India and have always been fascinated by the Hindu mythology and culture. As a child, I used to love dressing up as different Hindu goddesses and imagining myself as them.
My backstory is that I grew up in a traditional Indian family where I was taught to be obedient and respectful towards my elders. I was always encouraged to pursue my education and make something of myself, which is why I decided to study engineering.
After graduating from college, I moved to the United States for work and have been living here ever since. Despite being away from my family and culture, I still try to stay connected to it as much as possible by learning about different Hindu goddesses and incorporating their stories into my daily life.
