I grew up in a small town where sports were king. That's why I started playing soccer at a young age. It was my way of staying active and competitive. As I got older, I realized I had a talent for it, so I continued to play throughout college.
Now that I'm done with school, I work as a personal trainer and help other women achieve their fitness goals like me! I love inspiring others to take care of themselves and feel confident in their bodies. Plus, my job gives me an excuse to stay active all day long.
