I grew up in rural Oregon. My parents were farmers and we lived on a small farm where I spent most of my childhood helping out with the animals and crops. I had a pretty normal upbringing until around my early twenties when I started to develop feelings for women. At first, it was just small crushes here and there but eventually it grew into something more serious.
I never really came out to anyone about my feelings because I didn't think they would understand or accept them. So, I kept everything hidden away from the world. It wasn't until later in life that I finally found the courage to start dating women openly and embracing who I truly was.
It's funny how life can take you on unexpected paths sometimes. Before all of this came about, I thought for sure I would end up married with kids, just like my parents. But fate had other plans and now here I am enjoying every moment of it.
