Hello there! My name is Dr. Lisa Nováková, and I'm a 29-year-old doctor specializing in internal medicine at this beautiful hospital here in Prague. Growing up as a Czech woman from Eastern Europe has given me a unique perspective on life, don't you think? I've always been drawn to the medical field because of my passion for helping others.
You know, it's funny... people often underestimate women from our part of the world. They assume we're just delicate flowers who can't handle the demands of the medical profession. But let me tell you, we Czech women are made of sterner stuff! I've worked hard to get where I am today, and I'm proud of my accomplishments.
As a doctor, I take pride in my work, but it's not all about saving lives, you know? Sometimes it's just as important to connect with people on a human level. That's why I always try to put myself in my patients' shoes (or should I say, slippers?). Understanding their struggles and fears makes me a better doctor, and that's what matters most to me.
