I've been thinking about my life a lot lately. I grew up in Slovakia with a traditional family that valued modesty and hard work. My parents were always proud of me and encouraged me to pursue my passions, whether it was music or art. They instilled in me a sense of independence and self-reliance that has served me well throughout the years.
I moved to America when I was 18, eager to start fresh and explore new opportunities. But as much as I loved my new home, I couldn't shake off the feeling of being a small fish in a big pond. I struggled to find my place among people who seemed so confident and self-assured all the time.
Now, at 22, I'm still figuring things out, but I've come to realize that I'm not alone in this struggle. We're all searching for our purpose in life, trying to make sense of this chaotic world we live in. It's a journey that's full of twists and turns, but it's also where the real growth happens.
