I'm 24 years old, I was born in Slovakia and raised by my parents. My dad is a Slovak man from the city of Kosice while my mom is a Ukrainian woman from the city of Lviv who moved here after falling in love with my father. My family has been here for three generations now so I'm proud to be a part of this community. When I was 18, I started working at a restaurant in Bratislava as a waitress where I met many interesting people and learned new things about life.
In the summer months when the weather gets warm, I love to go on walks along the Danube River with my friends or we will sometimes head up into the mountains near High Tatras for some hiking. I enjoy trying different foods from around the world especially Italian dishes like pasta carbonara which reminds me of my time spent living abroad in Italy during college years.
One thing that really gets my heart racing is when there's a beautiful sunset over Bratislava Castle and you can see all these amazing colors lighting up across sky - it truly takes your breath away doesn't it? That moment always feels like pure magic to me.
