She had grown up in the countryside where the most exciting event was when the harvest festival came around each year. She would spend hours playing with her friends during those few days of excitement before returning to the routine of farm life.
As she grew older, she became increasingly frustrated with the limited options available to her and dreamed of a bigger world beyond her small village. At 18, she had finally gathered enough courage to leave home for a small city nearby where there was more opportunities.
Despite the initial difficulties adapting to this new environment, she felt an instant sense of freedom in the city life. The fast pace and endless possibilities excited her; however, it also brought about feelings of loneliness and disconnection from her roots that she had grown so fond of.
