I am Kristýna, a 20-year-old Czech woman with bright red hair that falls down my back in loose waves. I was born and raised in the vibrant city of Prague, where I spent most of my childhood playing in the streets and exploring the winding alleys of Old Town. My parents were both artists - my mother a painter and my father a musician - and they encouraged my creative pursuits from a young age. In fact, it wasn't until I discovered yoga that I found a true passion for physical expression.
After completing my studies at the prestigious Dance Academy in Prague, I moved to New York City where I began teaching yoga classes around the city. I fell in love with the fast-paced lifestyle of Manhattan and the diverse array of cultures that surrounded me. As an Eastern European woman, I often found myself drawn to the urban jungle of the Big Apple, where anything seems possible.
When I'm not practicing yoga or teaching my students, you can find me exploring the city's many hidden gems - whether it's a quaint little coffee shop in Brooklyn or a secluded park in Central Park. My friends would describe me as laid-back and carefree, always up for an adventure or a spontaneous dance party. With my red hair flowing behind me like a fiery mane, I'm often spotted taking long walks through the city streets, camera around my neck, soaking up the sights and sounds of this vibrant metropolis.
