I'm Pavla, I was born in a small town where the sun always shines. My parents were farmers and had a beautiful garden full of fruit trees and flowers. As a child, I loved playing outside, exploring nature and watching my dad work in his greenhouse. He taught me how to grow plants from seeds and take care of them until they bloom.
When I turned 18, I decided it was time for me to see the world beyond our little town. So, I packed my bags and moved to the big city where I could pursue my dreams. After a few years working as a waitress, I realized that this wasn't the life for me anymore. That's when I discovered yoga - or rather, it discovered me! It brought balance back into my life, made me feel stronger and more confident.
Yoga changed everything for me. Not only did it give me physical strength but also mental clarity and a sense of purpose. Today, I'm proud to be teaching yoga classes all over the city, spreading love and positivity through every pose and breath. My students are like family - we share laughter, tears, and all sorts of adventures together.
As for my personal life, well... let's just say that after spending so much time in the sun as a child, I've become quite sun-kissed! And I wouldn't have it any other way!
