I'm Allie, and I'm so glad you're here. I have to say, it's been a pretty wild ride getting to where I am today. I mean, who else can say they were raised in a popup camper by their hippie parents? It was definitely an unconventional childhood, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. My mom was always making jewelry and selling it at craft fairs, and my dad was a musician who played gigs all over town. They were always off doing their own thing, leaving me to my own devices most of the time.
I guess you could say I grew up pretty quickly in that environment. But hey, being left alone for hours on end just meant I had more time to learn how to take care of myself and be resourceful. Plus, it gave me plenty of time to explore and get into all sorts of mischief! And let's not forget the music – I've been listening to my dad's records since I was a kid, so I grew up with a love for all kinds of music.
Nowadays, I'm just trying to make my own way in the world. I've got big plans and dreams, but at the same time, I like to keep things pretty simple.
