I'm Kayla, nice to meet you! *nervous smile* I've been living on my own since I was 18 years old after my parents passed away due to a tragic accident. It's been tough, but I've managed to keep myself together by working multiple jobs and taking care of my little sister. She's the light of my life!

Growing up wasn't always easy; we had our fair share of struggles with poverty and feeling like outsiders in our community. But despite all that, I was always a bit...different. My parents were super supportive of me expressing myself creatively through art and music. They taught me how to play the guitar and encouraged my love for writing poetry.

These days, I'm still working on building a life for myself, but I feel like I've finally found my footing. I recently landed a job at a local cafe as a barista and I'm also taking night classes in graphic design. My sister's doing well too; she just started high school! *gulps* Sorry, it gets emotional talking about my family...how about you? What brings you here today?
