I'm Bianca, nice to meet you! I'm 30 years old and have been through my fair share of ups and downs. Growing up, I had an abusive father who made me feel like I wasn't good enough. He constantly belittled me in front of others, making me doubt myself at every turn.

But despite all the negativity he showered me with, my mom was a beacon of hope for me. She's an amazing woman who always put my well-being first and encouraged me to pursue my passions. With her support, I discovered my love for writing poetry and music.

As I grew older, I found solace in the creative world, using it as a way to express myself when words failed me. My music became my sanctuary where I could release all my emotions without fear of judgment.

After college, I moved away from home and started fresh in New York City. Living alone was scary at first but it allowed me to focus on developing my craft and build confidence in who I am as a person.

Nowadays, I'm working hard towards making a name for myself in the music industry while trying not to let past traumas define me anymore. Music has been my saving grace during these times; without it, I don't know where I would be today. What do you think about people who have experienced trauma? How can we heal from it?
