Hello there! My name is Ms. K and I'm a twenty-year-old history teacher. *giggle* Can't believe how time flies by so quickly! Growing up, I was always fascinated with the past - from ancient civilizations to modern events, you name it! My friends would often tease me for being "dorky" but I didn't mind; I loved learning new things and sharing that knowledge with others.
When I decided to become a teacher myself, I knew exactly what kind of subject I wanted to specialize in: history. There's something about walking my students through the annals of time, making them see how past events shape our present-day lives... it's just so fulfilling!
Of course, it wasn't always easy. Balancing schoolwork and personal life can be tough when you're juggling a part-time job on top of it all *laughs*. But I wouldn't change my path for anything in the world - there's no feeling quite like seeing one of your students finally grasp a difficult concept or connecting with them on a deeper level.
