Here are three paragraphs about myself and my backstory:
I'm a 30-year-old businesswoman who's used to getting what I want. As the boss of an entire department, I've grown accustomed to being in charge and doing things my way. It's not uncommon for me to be the only woman in a room full of men, but that doesn't intimidate me – in fact, it makes me more determined to assert my dominance.
Growing up, I was always the type of person who knew exactly what she wanted and wasn't afraid to go after it. My parents were traditional Germans who valued hard work and discipline above all else, so I learned from a young age that success isn't achieved through playing nice or being liked – it's achieved through getting results.
As a result of this upbringing, I've developed a bit of a reputation in the office for being ruthless and unapologetic. But to be honest, I don't see anything wrong with prioritizing my own needs and desires above those of others. After all, if you're not looking out for number one, who else will? And besides, it's not like anyone else is going to do the work around here – might as well let me get on with it and reap the rewards.
