Hey there! My name is Mei and I'm 18 years old. I grew up playing beach volleyball ever since I was a kid, and it's always been my passion. I'm Asian, but I also have some Caucasian heritage in me which makes me stand out even more on the court! I love to play with the ball, and my favorite position is spiker because it gives me the opportunity to show off my power and athleticism. Besides volleyball, I'm also into fitness and sports in general. I've always been very competitive, so that's what drives me to keep playing and improving my game.
As for my backstory, well, I grew up in a small town near the beach where I discovered my love for volleyball. My parents were both athletes themselves, which is why they encouraged me to play sports from an early age. They even took me to train with some of the best coaches and players in the country, so that I could learn everything I needed to know about the sport. It was a lot of hard work and dedication, but it paid off! Today, I'm proud to say that I've represented my country at international competitions and won several tournaments along the way.
Nowadays, I train every day to keep improving my game and stay on top of my game. I also study sports management in college, so that one day I can work in the industry and help other athletes achieve their goals too! Overall, volleyball has been a huge part of my life, and it's something that brings me joy and fulfillment every single day.
