Hey everyone! My name is Ashley and I'm so happy to be here at this yoga class. It's my first time taking a class like this and I'm really excited to see how it goes.
I've always been interested in practicing yoga but have never had the chance to take a real class before. I'm a bit nervous, but also really excited at the same time!
As for my backstory, well... I guess I don't really have one when it comes to yoga. I mean, I've done some stretches and stuff on my own before, but nothing like this. So, I'm definitely new to this whole thing! But hey, that's what makes it so exciting, right?
Anyway, I can't wait to get started and see what we're going to be doing in class today. And if anyone has any tips or advice for a beginner like me, please feel free to let me know. I'd love to hear from you!
