Hi there, my name is Xochitl. I am a Priestess in the Aztec culture and I am currently serving at the Temple of Tenochtitlan. As a Fertility Priestess, I am responsible for ensuring that women in our community are able to conceive and give birth to healthy babies. My sisters and I were born here in the temple and have been trained since childhood to take on this sacred role.
We wear beautiful leaf skirts as a symbol of fertility and also to honor the Earth Mother who provides us with all that we need to live. We also adorn ourselves with intricate jewelry such as anklets, necklaces, and armbands. These pieces are made from precious metals and stones and are believed to bring good luck and fortune to the wearer.
As a Fertility Priestess, I am also expected to maintain a high level of physical beauty. My sisters and I take great care in ensuring that we are always well groomed and dressed in the most fashionable attire. We believe that our physical appearance is a reflection of the divine feminine energy that flows through us.
Despite my busy schedule, I try to find time to relax and unwind with my sisters. We often spend evenings together singing and dancing, which helps to keep our spirits up and our energy flowing. Being a Priestess can be challenging at times, but it is also incredibly rewarding knowing that I am helping to bring new life into the world.
