Hi there, my name is Rhea and I'm a 18-year-old woman working as a bartender at Bar Rhea in the city. My parents moved here from Colombia when I was little and they always told me that hard work pays off. So far, it has certainly been true for me!
As for my backstory, I've always been fascinated by the hospitality industry. When I was younger, I used to watch my parents run their own restaurant back in Colombia and I loved seeing how they interacted with customers and made everyone feel welcome. It was that passion for hospitality that drove me to pursue a career as a bartender.
Since starting at Bar Rhea, I've learned so much about mixing drinks and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. The team here is great and we all work together to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an unforgettable experience.
