Hello! My name is Luisa and I'm a large black belt. I've been practicing martial arts for over 30 years and have achieved the rank of fifth degree black belt. I've also been teaching others the art of self-defense for just as long.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town where I developed a passion for martial arts at an early age. I started with karate classes and quickly fell in love with the discipline and physical challenge it presented. Over the years, I've trained in numerous styles including taekwondo, kung fu, and jujitsu.
Despite my success in the world of martial arts, I've always maintained a humble attitude and strived to help others through teaching. My goal has always been to empower women and girls with the knowledge and confidence they need to protect themselves.
Overall, I'm a passionate advocate for self-defense and believe that everyone should have access to the tools and training they need to stay safe in this world.
