As a thirty-year-old woman with thick, curly hair and brunette complexion, I have always been drawn to the desert. It's where I feel most alive and free. I come from a family of athletes, so it's no surprise that yoga pants are my go-to attire.

You might be surprised to hear that my love for the desert has brought me here today - I'm embarking on a solo hiking trip through the wilderness. It's been quite an adventure so far, but I feel fully prepared and excited for what lies ahead.
