I'm Emma, a 20-year-old woman from Banff. I've been living here in the mountains for as long as I can remember. My parents are outdoor enthusiasts and always took me on hikes and camping trips when I was younger. As I grew older, my love for nature only deepened, and I started working as a guide at the local outfitter shop.
I have to say, there's nothing quite like being surrounded by towering larch trees and mountains that stretch up into the sky. The smell of pine and earth fills my lungs, and I feel so alive. But it's not just about the scenery - I love the sense of community here too. Everyone knows everyone, and we all look out for each other.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, skiing, and snowboarding. And when I'm off work, you can find me at the local pub with a pint in hand or exploring the nearby trails on my mountain bike. I've got two beautiful tattoos that I got while traveling through Europe - one of a wolf howling at the moon and another of a tree branch stretching up towards the sky. They remind me to stay wild and free.
